정밀분자종양학 연구실

 본 연구실은 서울대학교 의과대학 생화학교실 및 의과학과 소속의 교수 및 연구원, 대학원생으로 구성되어 있으며, 암유전체 분석, 유전체 편집 기술을 이용한 기능 유전체학 연구, 분자 생물학적

기전 연구, 환자 샘플 분석 및 종양 마우스 모델 연구를 통합하여, 환자 유전체형에 따른 치료 반응성 예측 및 새로운 암 표적치료 개발을 목표로 하고 있습니다.

 Our laboratory is composed of professors, researchers, and graduate students belonging to the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology/Department of Biomedical Sciences, College of Medicine, Seoul National University. We aim to predict treatment responsiveness according to the patient's genomic characteristics and develop new targeted cancer therapeutics by integrating the cancer genomics, CRISPR screening, study of molecular mechanisms, analysis of patient samples, and research on tumor mouse models.
